If you can surf the Web and receive e-mail but not send it, the cause is one of two things:
- Your sendmail server setting has changed (see E-Mail settings, at left)
- Or, you're not connecting to a MightyMoose hotspot.
If your neighbors have an unsecured wireless router in their home and are connecting to the Internet via DSL, you may be piggy-backing onto their router. Consult your radio's documentation to be sure you are connecting to a hotspot with a MightyMoose or MightyMoose2 SSID.
Remember, if you are online (that is, able to surf the web), you can always click on Web Mail above to see the mail on our server waiting to be delivered to you, and you can send mail from there as well. Be sure to log in with your full email address as your user name and your password. |
